I will be writing in Herman Cain. I am a female, retired Air Force Officer, wife, and mother of 4. I believe we are at the precipice of losing the freedoms we have long enjoyed throughout our nations history. Obama is quickly taking us down the path of communism and must be stopped. I knew we needed a strong, principled candidate who would do what was in the best interest of the country and not what was in their best political interest. I didn’t want to hold my nose again and vote for weak candidates like John McCain and Bob Dole. I knew the only candidate that would meet this criteria would be a non-politician who wouldn’t pander to the political and media establishment. That’s how I came to choose Herman Cain as the candidate I would support. He is not a politician, he’s a successful businessman, a man of God, and most importantly not politically correct. Herman Cain says what most normal Americans say everyday about the future of our country and what needs to be done to turn things around. The more the media and the political class attacked him, the more I knew I had made the right choice. If Herman were not a threat to the status quo, then the right wing and left wing establishment wouldn’t spend every waking moment attacking this fine man. We are truly finished as a country if the tactics used against Herman Cain succeed and he withdraws from the race. There is not one single candidate who would be left in the GOP race that would take the fight to the establishment and get our country back on the right track. It will be simply business as usual in Washington DC and the political class will continue to rob we the people of our money and more importantly our freedom. We the people need Mr. Cain lest the book be written about the late great USA.

I will be writing in Herman Cain of course. I am so angry with the biased media and the way that they slandered and libeled a good man. No, Big Media – you will NOT choose my candidate for me.

Remember, friends. ONLY in the Primaries can you vote Cain as a Write-In. General Election, we vote regularly.

There is one line that captures it for me in the letter Mr. Cain wrote for North Star Writers: The 9-9-9 plan is the greatest transfer of power from the Federal government back to the people since the founding of this nation.

The man needs to be President. The country needs him.

I will be casting my vote for Herman Cain. I have been behind him and involved with his campaign from the beginning. I am aghast that even the “conservative” media did not come to his defense. No one aired the voice stress accuracy story which went on the Atlanta CBS affiliate two days after Bialek’s accusations. This software is used by 70 law enforcement agencies around the country, and has 95% accuracy vis a vis the polygraph’s accuracy of 50%. T.J Ward used it to analyze Bialek’s accusations and Cain’s response. It showed clearly that Cain was telling the truth and that she was lying.

If the media had rapidly come to his defense with this verification, someone like Ginger White wouldn’t have dared come out with her lies. Both the Republican and Democrat machines were terrified of Mr. Cain, and so let tabloid politics destroy a good man’s character, hurt his family, and push him out of the race. I am completely disgusted with this process.

I have a first class ticket on the Cain Train Express and I’m going to use it all the way to Washington DC where I will help escort our Engineer Herman Cain into *WE THE PEOPLE’S* White House and kick the OUsurper out.

    Herman Cain and the Media
by Eric Clough on Monday, December 5, 2011 at 10:03am

First, I do not believe any of these unfounded accusations against Mr. Cain. This whole episode is a sorry example of just how low gutter politics is now and has been for a while. That being said, I also would not care if all the accusations were completely true. Herman Cain could have a different woman in his bed every night and I don’t believe that has anything at all to do with whether or not he would be a good president.

If he could garner enough support for his 999 plan for the renewal of our economy we would be well on our way back to financial security and away from the process of buying political favors through special tax breaks to campaign supporters. This is an obvious threat to both of our entrenched political parties and the ‘good ole boy’ network we have now. We need to get back to electing people who will lead this country forward rather than the politics of destroying an opponent through outright lies and slander. If you believe that the ideas a candidate supports are not the path we need to get us moving in the right direction, then give us an alternative.

Since the news media, including Fox news, has devolved into nothing more than a rumor-mill, I will no longer be getting my news from them. The sound bytes and blurbs, all the talking heads reading from their scripts have been accessories to the assassination of Mr. Cain’s character. All the other Republican candidates just stood back and watched while saying nothing against these completely baseless accusations. They do not have my support at this time. You stand by and refuse to denounce these media lies and you are just as culpable.

I will be casting my vote for Herman Cain in the primary race. This is purely a protest against this treatment of a good and honest man. I don’t believe he will step back in to take more of the abuse which has been thrown at him personally. I will then work as hard as I can to support the Republican nominee for president. I hope others will join me in this protest. Nothing will change if we simply move on to the next candidate at this time. We will simply get more and more dirty politics and character assassinations instead of important political discourse.
